If your package hasn't arrived within 21 days of dispatch, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Your choice.
Damaged in Transit
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, simply email us a photo within 48 hours. We'll ship a replacement within 24 hours via Express Post at no cost, plus add $10 store credit to your account as an apology. No need to return the damaged item.

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for free address updates. After shipping, Australia Post charges a $12 redirection fee which we'll pass through at cost.
