What if I have allergies?
We recommend a small patch test 24 hours before using any of our cream/liquid based products for the first time. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. The full list of ingredients for each product will be listed on the products page directly next to the item.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any items offered in the beauty section or any other cream/liquid based products due to health regulations. If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty item please shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to follow it up. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much does shipping cost?
All orders are shipped either via Australia Post or FastWay Couriers. We offer 100% FREE regular domestic shipping within Australia for orders over $50. International shipping prices will vary depending on weight of product and delivery location. Tracking is always included. Delivery options include “Signature on delivery” & “Extra cover” (highly recommended).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed within Australia
- Regular / Parcel Post (Delivered in 2 business days)
- Express Post (Guaranteed Next Business Day within the Express Post network (If posted on any business day Monday to Friday in accordance with the conditions set out on the item)
- Courier Post (Same business day delivery if lodged over the counter before 2pm)
All International orders will take approximately 8 – 15 business days from dispatch to arrive. Please note that this is only an estimated time period and delivery will vary depending on location and delivery options.
Will any taxes apply to my order?
Prices for each product as quoted on our website include all taxes and service charges.
Terms & Conditions
All products are checked and reviewed before and up until the time of shipment, therefore, Opal Australia is not responsible for any missing or damaged items during transit by Australia Post. Signature On Delivery
To ensure that your item/s have arrived in safe hands, we recommend that you choose the “signature on delivery” option upon checkout (available within Australia and most of our international services).
We also recommend that our customers choose the “Extra cover” option. Only customers who choose this option will be entitled to compensation in the unfortunate event where an item is lost or damaged in transit with Australia Post.
Extra cover is available with:
- All of our Domestic Services
- Some of our international services depending on the country
You can buy “Extra Cover“ with all orders except Registered Post International, which provides compensation up to $100 for loss or damage of your order.
Cover costs $9.60 for the first $100 of your item’s specified value, plus $2.50 for each additional $100 (or part thereof).
